Interesting predicament. I do like mining services company in a commodities bull run... I already hold NWH and PRN. If VXR/Develop becomes one or partly one then I don't mind at all.
As far as the name goes Develop is a good one. I like a verb as a company name. Something about an action word that just sounds nice to the ear... Conquest, evolution, develop etc.
