I don't understand how you can have a contract in place which means that at any time you choose in the future you can start a pilot. Surely there is a time constraint, and UWS would be in default for taking this long. INT have invested time into this and they could rightly ask for compensation for initial groundwaork and profits. Alternatively it is just a nother example of a handshake that has been called a win.
I have never seen an example of a business so far down the food chain. They seem to be at the mercy of every client they have.
