aaaaaaaanyway people...post was talking about developers and builders offering people up to 50 000 dollars in cash rebates, cars and other expensive stuff in order to get them to BUY NOW !
why is that?
because nobody is buying !!!
and why should they?
its only going to get cheaper in 6 months and cheaper still in another 6 months and even more cheap in...get the jist ?
now answer another question, if you wold please...
if it is true that listings are down (in perth) AND as we read in this article, nobody(or very few) is buying...wouldn't that be 'cose sellers are removing properties they now are NOT SELLING so they don't go 'stale'
or
they are (falsely) hoping to ride out the storm (till better prices come along)...
any which way: they LOSE !
sooner they realise = less money they lose !
regardless of when we know that it is coming...and to your neigbourhood as well !
