The entire reason developers can afford to give discounts and perks of up to 50k is because they land bank everything and artificially restrict supply in order to inflate land prices. It's a shame there isn't a single politician willing to take them on. They'd rather work with them by offering first home vendor grants.
The incumbent govt. goes to the trouble of having a wide ranging tax review and then completely ignore it's outcomes and recommendations.
Tony or Ranga, take your pick, neither is going to deliver meanignful long term reforms that help our economy for the next 20 years.
