it is more likely that they're keeping the prices STRONG buy keeping the supply weak !
(and it helps with the 'asset value list' of course for bank purposes)
there's not enough competition 'cose their govt mates made sure only the gigantic syndicates or public companies can afford to buy such LARGE items !
why do original blocks rezoned for development need to be so huge ?
i mean...other than keeping the mid and small sized companies out of competition and therefore making it easier for the 'players' to come to agreement on value of those items !
