Maybe with the crapest cheapest project builders out there sector. Certainly not a quality one that produces a good finished product. I am no bull but you are way out of touch with the costs out there.

I think that is where a large many of the bears get it wrong as thecosts keep rising to build which is why prices are not crashing because there is already a disconnect between cost of building and existing dwellings. Which is keeping a base under existing homes.
