I am actually pricing a plan with a builder now.
those are actually costs I have been quoted.

They will drop by another 2% because I now don't need a tank, and ass plumbing worth about $6k in QLD.

Includes quite a few upgrades for $900. 600x600tiles, full render, stone benches, entry and media room pelmets, 2.7m height + doors 2.4 etc etc

I am doing my own drive and landscaping, but the basic house is all covered
