Same thing happening in Perth. 600 units here, 500 there all aroung city fringe. Some are real crap, concrete panel construction, tiny lifts and tandem parking. I really question their performance for investors. They are the first to suffer in bad times and the last to pick up in good times. Great for developers and marketers but beware all the claims.
