Vlad holding about 15% SRN it unlikely he would agree CR at current levels simply dilute his holding. May consider selling other assets raise cash. I was thinking selling out but this point I'll hold see what next few months brings. Speculative mining companies in general have crush in past 12 months most trading at 52 week lows.
