I think in terms of direction, milestones & goals.

These help me put things into a context, which for me, is paramount.

Investing in the market (for me) is not about fear or bravery, decisiveness or uncertainty.

The qualities I try to improve are judgement and patience.

Investing in shares is only a sub-game which fulfills part of the puzzle of investment and having fun whilst gaining knowledge.

No using leverage or going in too hard reduces the need for any fear - if the price goes down, it goes down. If the judgement is sound, hang in there and buy some more when appropriate.

Sleep well at night and invest only what is appropriate to fit into goals and direction in life.

In the end, it is just a game and must be seen in the greater context.

    Best to all
