I really wish you would quantify your position. What is optimal? Keen to know what you can offer to aid the discussion. They are spending over 10% of our growth capex on their wages as we speak. Time is ticking... now would be a good time to understand what you propose. I hold long term I will benefit either way unless we are both wrong.
