MY take on it is some journo got a wiff they were working on a Development Application - there is none yet lodged, I checked. They approached Scente - the manager who said, nothing to see here. But the fact remains the story came from somewhere and focused on the disused corner near Creek and Winstanley - prime for a tower of medical suites or a hotel but only in my opinion.
If someone can get yesterdays courier mail - I looked at work and could not find a copy as the cleaners came through, we can all clarify this
