    I raised this weeks ago and did get quite a bit of flak.

    I agree with your last para:
    "When will they start talking about the actioning of this development. It will take quite some time after they start talking about it."

    IMO
    the "talking about that" will "start" when they are working on a Bankable Feasability Study.

    And it will take time after that!
