were's.. notes this morning re chinese iron ore cap apparently:
posturing.. likely outcome still 10% increase.
more interesting view tho is from another broker that yesterdays 10 minute burst of action may be "corporate".
the view that the more intransigent the key negotiators for new year iron ore contracts get, the more likely someone will excercise the pellet plant project as a competitive (albeit small) source of ore to the big 3 continues to gain credence.
