The reason Africa is poor is almost entirely because of Eisenhower.

When Nasser nationalized the Suez canal the French and British wanted to smash Nasser and take back what they had risked so much building. But Eisenhower was a snivelling coward and had a cry so Nasser got his way.

If Nasser had been punished then no tinpot country would have ever nationalized an industry again, foreign investment would have flooded to those countries and Africa would have a GDP 50 times what it currently is.

Democracy is utterly repulsive. 80 per cent of people (at least) are completely evil and deeply stupid - just look at the percentage of people who supported lockdowns and vaccine mandates. Their myopia means they will vote for short term largesse over long term civilization. This is exacerbated by a deep need to fit in by virtue signalling.

That's why we are supposed to have rule of law and constitutions rather than mob rule. Of course as we've seen in lawsuits against the lockdowns/mandates, most judges are part of that 80 per cent.
