wealthy one, heaven is a democracy. Not a fake Democracy like the one we see all around the world now but a true Democracy, where major decisions are constantly made by a fairly large body of citizens who are elected by every other citizen, in a fair and just way, to represent the State -its security, finances, health, education, infrastructure, and all its other needs, in a body where these needs are debated, ie, a Parliament.
The Athenian Democracy was, for a little while, fairly close to that but then the great Peloponesian War had taken place and all aspirations for fair leadership and Parliament, went out of the window, subjecting the population to corrupt officials and major and important decisions taken outside the Parliament. Incidentally, I am not talking about Plato's "Republic" because that is an "ideal" State only, not one that can be implemented in practice.
