David, the tailings will be the least of their worry. It won't be in a posistion anywhere where it can be washed off site and there is very little of it in comparison as there is also reject which gets dumped back under over burden near the pit. Plenty of room for water as any non pit water can just go down the creek as it's clean. Will be a old pit or 2 that will be used to store water for a while.
