Looks like there is progress on the DFC website if you look up "Tetra4" and references to Tetra4 LNG - Phase 2 Project for instance on the DFC website

Funding approval can't be far off given due diligence was complete as per the Quarterly Activities Report at the end of March so a couple of months ago now.
DFC Funding US$500m = AUD$764m Imminent?
