1) Utility & Bank deal imminent(as per John Presentation). Countries generally stock pile at least several years of stock. Too many reactors starting over the next few years, they need to build inventory first.

2)India is worth watching. The US/India deal is worth several billion dollar. Even Bangladesh is building one reactor, 1GWth with the help of Russians. More to follow.

3) As far as Mining Licence is concerned, Beth Steel was running ISR at same site. PEN need to complete all formalities. Wyoming State itself it trying to build one power plant as a part of Clean Energy and would like to have contract with local supplier.
