I too will keep holding, i dont want to suffer the losses i will occur at these current levels, they (PEN) are still heading towards building a plant,they have a few more tickets/permits than when i first came on board. So just keep the faith until the Uranium price rises,then most U stocks will rise just as they have fell i think.
