Nuclear energy was first invented in 1942. Russia built the first nuclear power plant to generate electricity in 1954.....http://answers.ask.com/Science/Physics/when_was_nuclear_power_invented
There is no occurance histrically of Tsunamis AND nuclear plant combining for a nuclear accident....so therefore the probabilty can only be 1:55 years.
