I think the SP will move up when more major shareholders file for the changes in shareholdings. If another 20% of SDL's shares owned by 1 or 2 major shareholders (Chinese steel mills?) file their return, a total of 35% will be owned by these major shareholders, including Hanlong. This will instill confidence in SDL, thus its SP. Hopefully this will happen even before strategic partner is announced.
