Now it’s also home to a brand new Battery Energy Storage System.This will enable Marble Bar residents to access more rooftop solar energy.This is in addition to similar systems we’ve installed in other regional communities including Broome, Carnarvon, Exmouth, Wiluna, Yalgoo and Yungngora as part of our WA Recovery Plan.It’s all part of our commitment to install Battery Energy Storage Systems across the State, to allow thousands more Western Australians to enjoy the benefits of rooftop solar.
