You can’t use $1400 as a spot price which LTR have in their DFS. As a weighted average it is far too high! This makes your IRR look great but unfortunately it’s not accurate and it’s especially high considering the plant is 2 years away - a lot of assumptions in future forcasting especially considering can the plant make recovery nameplate efficiency??? No one knows so to apply $1400 is not realistic.
