Agreed. Clearly what the market is looking for is finance. There is no taking away the terrific result announced this morning but it seems we may have to dust off the old chestnut "last time at bargain prices again " as we continue to wait. The mechanism to deliver the suggested target prices mentioned in posts over the last couple if weeks will be the % of finance extended to MYG. Full finance and we"re all cheering , a CR to cover the gap and those waiting at .10 and .11 might just get their orders filled. A CR between now and Xmas with commencement in December seems unlikely . Final permits would have to be close as well .
