Considering during the last 2 weeks we have seen 3 of the largest volume days for almost a month selling down on no news.. (sorry ... on GOOD news) .... Seems you have little concern of the less than perfect corporate governance that allowed, by the look's of it, some to benefit from knowledge of the delay, and as you rightly point out others missed out from not being aware of it.

Do you believe TONs error in notifying the market was due to incompetence i.e; just a simple mistake?
or could it have been a calculated move ?
or maybe the high volume (relative to the norm) over this sell down period is just coincidental ?

Would love to know your thoughts on the subject so Thk's IA ...... James
