Keeping current situation in Japan and also keeping the PDN and ERA others in mind, I will say it is in shareholders interest to give more touch to DFS.
Most likely U3O8 will start showing signs of recovery in June. That will be best time for DFS to come.
As I said any smart businessman will adjust timings. In the middle of crisis you don't go and tell everybody we are the best, no body have time to listen or even cash.
Management is doing excellent work. I expect DFS to come after Resource Upgrade at the end of the May. That makes lots of sense to me.
