It appears that rail is more difficult than initally anticipated. Obviously the numbers need to stack up but it may be best to bite the bullet and build their own (with the help of our Chinese friends) rather than rely on competitors to make it worth their while.

Share price has held up well, and we did not really expect that a rail deal was ready to be announced. Is certainly frustrating but seems to be our lot - biding our time.

I would certainly hold more than I do if rail seemed to be progressing more favourably and a tad faster than paint drying.
