Just wondering what the difference between the "net profit/surplus cash" mentioned in the DFS and the "NPV".

I have spent hours looking it up but still can't get the exact number

Does the NPV of $28M = Net Profit of $40M after tax($62M before tax)?

I thought NPV is the amount of "Profit" generated in the Years (LoM) after expenses & CAPEX (given a certain discount rate).

So shouldn't the NPV be the same as the Net Profit?
Why is the NPV different to the Net profit shown?

Do we divide the number of shares (800M) by the $40M or the $28M?
