The Molyhil Tungsten project is LOOKING VERY PROMISING & ROBUST.
THe revenue of A$345/mtu for tungsten is a very conservative. It will definitely rise as Tungsten supply is declining worldwide as the population & it's uses grow.
The longer term future (extension of mine life) is looking good too "We have identified ways to improve the mining life of MOlyhil SIGNIFICANTLY & identified a LARGE MAGENETIC target below the known Molyhil resource & believe this may sustain a MUCH LONGER term mining operation"
Key Figures:
- 4 year mine life (35% of the resource)
- $62 million (before tax) after recovering original investment (for the 1st 4 years!!!!)
