I thought you were meaning $20M additional funding outside of the package offered
I am expecting that the 'funding package' is free of any large discounted scrip offerings, warrants etc
There may be some kickers in there, but the balance should be debt funding which they will then seek to refinance once in production
RBS have a valuation of 50c+ allowing for a 10% sell down of the asset and around $150M financing from memory
