The anticipated uplift with the SDV ann. didn't occur, the whole SDV DFS process were badly managed by Tse and the management team. Any delay should be followed promtly by clarification, not silence, very poor communicator
Although it was only a minor step in the whole scheme of things, PERCEPTION is very important in business(especially shares market) or in politics, IF they can't managed a simple DFS process, what hope, trust or confidence can the market have on them to get the whole shebang up and running in a tight time frame and fairly uncertain /challenging environment.
Hope they do better next time - never overpromise and keep your promise is the golden rules & lastly communicate MORE.
