I think part of $73.5m will be eq. financed. In DFS is nothing about financing. Thats strange. But i think not all of this money will be eq. financed. The question is how much. I think the reaction of share price in negative direction is because uncertainty about the financing, because nothing is clear how they will get those 73M.
