Dolphin, I agree that Gus's tone plus the snippet about another interested Asian group seemed different on this BRR.

I wondered if it was also a shot across the bow to American/European groups, letting them know they're not the only ones interested in Pen's projects.

Question: if they're still completing design optimisation studies, does this imply a longer wait for DFS (doesn't bother me, as it will only improve the metrics)?
