i think you misunderstood. What im saying is that when/if those milestones are passed that is when MSR is more likely to be looked at quite seriously. No one will pile serious money into here atm because of the perceived sovereign risk imo. I personally think that risk is much overstated, the only way to prove that though, is for the approval to come through. Now that the DFS is out, I believe the process towards govt approval can begin.
