You are on the right track that uncertainy builds fear for investors.

In this case it is not just whether you or me believe in the project, but it is whether the big institutions believe in the story. After I made a few phone calls it has me quite excited at the large support IFE has now with the DFS out.

It is a catch 22 situation for investors now.

For those waiting to see if they maybe able to snag a few shares under 75c rather than take up the rights issue, will need to depend on the shorfall not taken up, which now I see as very unlikely.

The other side of the coin is if the institutions who are waiting in the wings take up the shortfall and completes the full $28mill needed to start the project as I expect, then watch out, because you will not see under 75c again and I bet you will see the stock really move to $1.50 sooner than you think.
