The longer timeline is certainly the factor here. I'm holding this one for the ride as I have faith in KM. I think the schedule may have some large time contigencies built-in and we should see some gains as the project plans are polished (refer to presentation on BRR).
I'm hoping now that the announcement is out, the share price steadily climbs all the way to 2017 and beyond.
