The DFS is only for Sunrise Project Bomber.
Sunrise water will be costing the company money not making it, they have to build a pipeline to supply the project!
However your right that the 100% owned subsidiary company "Clean TeQ Water" http://www.cleanteqwater.com/ could/should be a huge money earner in the future! However it will not even gain a mention in the Sunrise DFS due soon.
Hopefully im wrong but i believe Scandium may not be included in the DFS either as there is not a secure market that can be modeled accurately for the DFS yet.
However none of this is bad news, it just means CLQ has much more money making potential than Sunrise DFS will outline = more long term upside.
If Clean Teq water starts pulling out water contracts with miners like Fostervile in Bendigo last month thing could really pick up in this space, hopefully some agricultural and government contracts etc on the cards in future as well.
