I agree with lockstock, but still its a milestone, means de-risking in valuation models, so it should have certain impact.
Positive surprises can come from more places though.. scandium would be the biggest mover of course, but it can be water treatment or in technology divison - extraction of vanadium from coal in China for example. Stockgumshoe (google it) has very very informative and active thread about CLQ, discussing also the big picture, really exciting company and by far my largest holding.
