Not quite accurate, it says delayed by a minimum of 8 weeks. "Up to 8 weeks" would mean a max of 8 weeks.
It's in fact a min of 8 weeks, and possibly more.
The pisser for me is nobody will really look at this project seriously for capex funding until there are hard independent numbers to measure by.
If the new ECA guys can't start this process in earnest until May then the entire project is going to be another 6 months behind schedule.
It's starting to look like production by end 2020......
