I think the reason the market is slow is because of the 232 petition in the US ,Utilities not buying until 232 is resolved and then we should see a very large u turn in the stocks big boys first then us ,,We should see some movement ourselves earlier because of DFS for Tiris and SS for Hagan but the real moves should come when 232 is resolved and Utilities start there new contracting ,April 10th is the deadline for the President to decide whats happening he then has 90 more days to discuss/tweak his decision, US posters on Stockhouse think itll come earlier but im focusing on April10th and buying what dips i can ,,GLTA
