Agree wholeheartedly jalepeno, but there seems to be just too great a value given to that "blue sky" component of the biz . . . reminds me of the dot com haydays when valuations were based on what a co might make someday based on what a signed up customer (even a free signup) might buy in the future . . .
The customer base multiplier just seems too far fetched to me, ie claimed 60K customers for a $45m cap = $750/customer . . . . even at a earnings ratio of 20 that seems over the top
