I was pretty certain that Radar & Dgenny were one and the same. So this Episode nails another Badge of Certainty on Dgenny's Redcoat; she ran out of space on her office doors.

I am past earnest hopes that my serious approaches to various tentacles of
ASIC Dummporium will be dealt with equally serious opprobrium.
So all correspondence from now on is strictly in jest to evaluate ASIC's levels of "Humour Appreciation".
So far, G.Medcraft is ahead of the rest of the pack, having delegated for Shorten in most recent correspondence.

Of course, Hon Bill SHORTEN is still in my serious books.
I am aware that his Office has responded in a Pro-forma style to one of our PIF enquirers; I do believe though that I owe Mr Shorten a benefit of the doubt as to his specific response to my submissions and requests.
