your curiosity has raised another question, but to deal with your question first.
Yes, the Callers name was LAURA, and the callback number given was 02 8256 3397, which was the Sydney number for the PIF office.

The number quoted in your post ended in double three, and this
most likely was the callback number for RADAR.

This provoked another question as to whether any callbacks were to be directed to PIF Office, to avoid detection of the fact, that a Polling company had been contracted by WC, to gain early info on the chances of which way the vote may go.

No doubt this may now appear obvious to all.
