    UNS has got itself into a pickle.

    As the fund is now a mjr SH it can frustrate the MS review & outcome.

    It would b hrd to imagine that the fund would allow its current holding to b diluted, thus disrupting funding efforts.

    Invtrs keep mentioning ATM. Its not happening. UNS explicity sold LPC warrants for the purpose of the SPA w DGF. The other reason is dilution.
