Maybe if you took in to account that he financed many purchases/expansions with share issues you would understand the share price reacting to many of those shares coming out of escrow. eg on the 30th November another bunch of shares will hit the market. Hence some selling now before that event.
Then as those shares get absorbed the share price recovers. One might say a good entry point/topup point.
PS. I note My Food Bag is trading at 45 cents
