I believe that just the property assets owned by DGL are valued at over 300 million dollars, the current market cap of 162 million is not a true reflection of SP. DGL was heavily dumped by fund managers after Henry’s comments followed by the remaining shareholders. Now this will take time to recover to ATH of $4.14
