Lots of directors have been buying shares over the past few years. All are underwater at current stock price yet none have been selling.

a lot of the downward pressure might have come from business vendors swallowed up by DGL selling when their share component consideration comes out of escrow. However, no downward changes in holder notices in the last few years so they must have a bit of faith in the company as they aren't selling big parcels.

not a fan of growing earnings with acquisitions but with the shares at this rock bottom price I don't see too much downside risk from here. With the amount of skin on the game our directors have in DGL they should at least have our best interests aligned with theirs.
