I’ve been listening to this billionaire (Brad Jacobs) a lot this week about his business building strategies. He is very similar to Simon in that he builds his businesses largely through M&A. I just watched this short clip and I think it’s very fitting for the situation now at DGL while Simon invests so heavily in the ERP and the infrastructure to propel future growth. Just a reminder to be patient.
