DGL is trading at 6.94 EV/EBITDA. Do we honestly think this is reasonable? Its 1 year average range is 15.5x. One would argue that this historical average is overinflated and gave reason to some of the sell off. Earnings will normalise but not at a rate which warrants the current valuation. Negative sentiment has crept into the stock due to the comments made by the CEO and forward sentiment on earnings. I personally believe it has been oversold.
